To reserve
You can book directly via our site or the booking sites, it is also possible to book by mail or by telephone. The number of people using the rented property must be equal to the number stated in your reservation.
In the high season we rent per week from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise for a minimum of 3 nights, arrival and departure in consultation.

Prices
The rental prices are fixed and are stated on the website and the invoice. These include energy, water and final cleaning. You must leave the rented property neat, tidy and broom clean, with the dishes done. The prices are  excluding tourist tax.

Payment
After receiving your reservation, we will send you an invoice for the down payment of 30% of the total rental price. We request that you pay this invoice within 7 days. After receipt your reservation is confirmed and you will receive the invoice for the remaining payment. If the deposit is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You must pay the remainder two weeks before arrival.
A deposit of € 100.00 must be paid upon arrival or at the same time as payment of the final payment. If everything is left tidy, you will receive this deposit back on departure. 
By paying the deposit you agree to the rental conditions.

Arrival and departure
You can go from 4 p.m., we would like to hear from you what time you expect to arrive. We ask that you leave no later than 11:00 am. We ask you to leave the rented property tidy and undamaged.

Cancellation
Up to 3 months before arrival, 30% (= your down payment), up to 6 weeks before arrival, 50% (your down payment plus 20%). Unfortunately, we have to charge the full amount for less than 6 weeks. The payment term is 30 days.
In the event of late payment of amounts due, after a reminder about the outstanding amounts, statutory interest will be due from the day of payment, as well as extrajudicial collection costs. In the absence of timely receipt of amounts due, a booking will automatically lapse, without prejudice to all obligations of the lessor, including the obligation to pay all that is due.

Liability
The owners / landlords are not liable for any damage and / or accidents at Domaine La Borniotte.

House rules

• We ask that you do not disturb the stay of other guests. 

• Please observe silence between 22:00 and 09:00.

• We ask you to treat our gites, the inventory and the facilities with respect. An accident or some damage can occur, please report it. In the event of damage, we may hold you liable for this.

• Upon arrival, the beds are made and the towels and tea towels are ready. These towels are for indoor use. You must bring your own beach towels. There is a washing machine and dryer available, as well as an iron and ironing board.

• The use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. Children and babies are only allowed in the swimming pool accompanied by adults. The lessor cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, etc.

• Free internet is available in parts of the site and at the gites. 

• Your dog is welcome in consultation, but it must not cause any nuisance to other tenants. The dog must be kept on a leash on the grounds.

• Smoking is not allowed in the gites, in the chambre d'hôtes and around the swimming pool. 

• Placing a tent is not allowed without permission.
